I want you to enjoy your Dappled Shade pieces for years to come. If your earrings break or develop a fault through no fault of your own, please get in touch. You can send them back to me and I’ll repair them, free of charge.
I believe in making the most of what already exists, and that means looking after the things we make, rather than replacing them unnecessarily.
Returns
If you’d like to return your order, returns are free. Keeping things in circulation for longer and avoiding unnecessary waste is at the heart of Dappled Shade. Offering free returns helps make choosing a more considered purchase easier, while reducing the risk of unwanted pieces going to waste.
